Items that I know are not functional will be listed as For Parts or Not Working condition.  Please note that battery replacement may be needed on items that I was able to test as working, and that would not be considered a reason to request a return or refund, as it would be considered normal maintenance.  Where possible, for New/Factory Sealed items, I do use stock photos since my photos and lighting aren't great.  If you'd like me to send an actual photo of the item, please send me a message.  All clothing sold New With Tags (NWT) must still be in the original condition, the same item, and with all tags still attached if returned.  Buyers are responsible for the cost of returns shipping, plus a 25% restocking fee and it will be deducted from the refund.
