LOT of 16 Fitbits for Parts/Not Working - Alta (7), Alta HR (2), Charge HR (7)

Description

None of these items are fully functional. I have attempted to test all of them, here is a brief description of their condition:
Alta (7)
Four of these turn on when plugged in but do
not hold charge or does not recognize tap after being charged. The others do not charge at all.
Alta HR (2)
One of these turns on and holds a charge for a long time, but displays a "setup your fitbit at... " message, has a small crack, and the screen is also dim (I don't think you can adjust brightness on Alta HRs). The other does not charge at all.
Charge HR (7)
Three turn on when plugged in but do not seem to hold a charge, two blink when plugged in but display does not turn on, two do not give any indication when plugged in.
On any of these - they are pre-owned, they may have scuffs/scratches/cracks and are being sold as-is. I have represented their conditions to the best of my ability.
