    HOW TO USE
    Connect the Sensor to your phone via the app.
    Moisten the plastic electrode areas located on the reverse side of the Adjustable Strap.
    Mount the Sensor to the Strap.
    Wear the strap under your chest muscle. Adjust the length of the strap as needed to make it comfortable.
    Make sure that the moist electrode areas are placed firmly against your skin. The Sensor should also be in the correct position. (
    Please refer to the 2nd and 8th images for reference.
    )
    NOTES
    Unsnap the Sensor from the Strap when not in use.
    Sometimes when you encounter battery or signal issues, the problem actually lies on the Strap. You may simply need to replace the strap to solve the problem.
