    Chile 1892, 15c Columbus pair, with American Bank Note Co. red "SPECIMEN" overprint on pair (very large size, about 26mm) and the usual small punched hole cancel, from the American Bank Note Co. archives dispersal sale in 1990. (Scott no. 30). The stamps are o.g. NH.
