    Description

    This genuine antique dress was acquired from the Coles County Historical Society of Illinois. Estimated to be circa 1880s-1890s, this girl's handmade navy blue wool dress is adorned with gold velvet ribbon.  Unfortunately, the wool is fragile and disintegrating.  Recommended for study or inspiration, detailed measurements are above.
    This item has been in storage for decades and has a slight moth ball scent.  Please handle with care due to its fragile state.
